We want to make sure that you get a pair of Austen Hellers that are absolutely perfect for you, so the shipping is on us for ground shipping in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not everything works the first time- we get it. If you decide you want to return or exchange your shoes, just contact us at customerservice@austenheller.com with your name, order number, and reason you are returning or exchanging. We are happy to issue a full refund or exchange your shoes within 30 days of their receipt. -Your shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packing materials. -Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. *Clearance items are FINAL SALE.*
